Labor Day (September 5th) is more than just a day off from work. It’s a fundamentally American holiday, inspired by the grit and determination that built this nation. Labor Day honors everyone who puts in their time to make their business the best it can be.
At KC Auto Solutions, Labor Day is an important moment of recognition. We celebrate the contribution of our entire team. The people we work with share far more than just their talent and energy. Our employees are sharing their lives with us, and agreeing to band together on a journey that will last decades. Our team, though small, means the world to us.
Josh’s wife Caitlin does all the accounting. Having someone you can trust to do the books is important, and Caitlin makes the rest of her team feel important everyday– not in just the big flashy moments, but in remembering the everyday exceptions, keeping the books balanced, and ensuring that KC Auto Solutions stays in the black!
Our service advisor, Zach, is an outgoing fellow with great ties to the Independence community. Joshua calls his decision to let Zach learn on the job “the worst best decision I would have made… and I’ve made some DECISIONS…” In his time at KC Auto Solutions, Zach has been a great asset and helped them grow, “Zach has done a fantastic job, which I knew he would, Zach is doing AWESOME!”
Jonathan, our Master Tech, is also Joshua’s brother. Having family work so close can be tough, but it helps to know you have someone deeply loyal handling things– someone who has the same background you have. He’s the genius who can take things about and put them back together-- with the exception of a watch!
And last but not least is Josh himself, our leader and the business owner. A Master Tech in his own right with Chryslers, Joshua has put his heart and soul into making KC Auto Solutions the best auto shop in Independence, and his team have had a major part in that, working to make certain you get honesty and integrity in every service we make.
